why usps finishing

After having a bad start in 2012 of service from @usps there sending the year on a bad note.I'm talking about route 5 is a code for plano Texas area which is a not a city route but a riral right no business on this route but apt gets old that 90% of mail the person has to put in are box about homes and painting .which makes it hard for him when they add more route place to stop to ten plus more work I'm a small business owner and the person mail Guy is great the post Office or @usps sucks I have filed 12 complaint this year now December I ship out a lot last week was 47 this week so far 45.what they get on him about ot fix your problem one get him help two easy spot this Shiite we don't need it add more time like Dallas morning news,pool,paint,homes stuff like I guess I start mail it back to the address on it
