RIP Pat Summerall. A broadcasting legend passes away at the age of 82. No broadcaster called more Super Bowls (16) than him.

That no such person as that named has any existence, is not, or never was, in rerum natura. By the law of England there are other disabilities; these are, 1. Outlawry. 2. Attainder. 3. Praemunire. 4. Popish recusancy. 5. Monachism. 5. In the acts of limitation it is provided that persons lying under certain disabilities, such as being non compos, an infant, in prison, or under coverture, shall have the right to bring actions after the disability shall have been removed. 6. In the construction of this saving in the acts, it has been decided that two disabilities shall not be joined when they occur in different persons; as, if a right of entry accrue to a feme covert, and during the coverture she die, and the right descends to her infant son. But the rule is otherwise when there are several disabilities in the same person; as, if the right accrues to an infant, and before he has attained his full age, he becomes non compos mentis; in this case he may establish his right after the removal of the last disability.

Sandi Update
She had her shot early this morning and
seems to be doing okay. So far so good.
She did not get an afternoon nap today
like she should have because our phone
was constantly ringing. Over a dozen
phone calls this afternoon and things seem
to be coming together. Nothing is totally
finalized, but, this seems to be the current
plan.
In about ten days she will be in
Jacksonville, Florida at the Mayo Cancer
Center Clinic for her stem cell transplant.
Because of everything here with Scott in
school, Karl's lawsuit against Kroger for
his wrongful termination which is getting
steadily closer to a very public trial, my
own health, and other major issues, I am
not going to be able to make the trip.
Somebody has to stay herewith the boys
(both special needs and they can't drive)
and hold down the fort. Fortunately, a
friend of hers has agreed to go and will be
flying back and forth at various stages over
the next two months to help Sandi as she
goes through the process. The process is
very complicated and I will explain later
when I am in better shape to do so. The
bottom line is Sandi will be gone for two
months and I can't be there or do anything
about it at all.
I'm very frustrated that things are being
handled this way as it would have been
easier on the patient and us if she had
stayed here with the doctors she has been
working with the last several months. We
are not being given the choice to make the
medical decisions on this as her employer,
Wal-Mart, is mandating everything
regardless of what the doctors involved,
the insurance company, etc., think. We
have no choice at all! The only saving
grace in this is the fact that her cancer
doctor here spent a lot of time in the past
working with the man who will be working
Sandi's case while she is in Florida and
has tremendous respect for him.
I have to trust this stem cell transplant
thing is not only going to work, but this
trip and everything with it is the best thing
for her. And somehow come to terms with
the fact that there is not a damn thing I
can do about any of it.

Breaking News
Two people have been confirmed dead by a
public safety trooper after a private charter
bus overturned on a Texas highway Thursday
morning. More than a dozen people are said
to be injured after as many as 40 were
trapped in the accident. One of the
passengers said many who were on the bus
are older individuals, including retirees and

really Shiite way to wake up today from the apt ppl lawn service 7am ppl on ur budding don't know how to talk or use there cars 8am then lawn service back on ur budding at 9am its sad they still will not clean up the mud in front of budding or trees stuff I don't know why they blowing around or cutting I thank this Shiite place for Wake up I be up tomorrow before 8am for the dumpster person this why I don't get much sleep
