don't use them at all i was ordering a madden 2005 ps1 they say that they have madden 2005 ps2 on there 

email after getting lots of email i had to file a amazon a-z file got my money back they turn in to really mad company saying that there other worker mist it up and that they did ship madden 2005 for ps1 and that i need to ship it back.then after leaving bad review on them they say they will tell amazon

Unfortunately the sales person (a rookie and my nephew) was caught up in the moment and was sending you some wrong information.
He was working on two orders. You received information that another customer should have received and the other customer received information you should have received.

You can take this for the truth. Just because he is my nephew he caught holy heck and was put on a short lease.

The salesperson offered you what he thought you wanted. He were wrong.

We were trying to save you money because the item you need to purchase is going to cost you $15.00 - $25.00 (we reviewed prices on Amazon, eBay, Yahoo and Google).

We had sent you one email that told you we needed to bring another Madden 05 PS/1 into inventory before we shipped it to you.

I had are purchasing agent go out and see if there was a large package of games that included a Madden 05 PS/1. We found one and we were negotiating with the seller to purchase the package.

Part of the negotiation was making arrangements to have the seller direct ship you the Madden 05 PS/1.

We were also going to save you the cost of returning the Madden 2005 PS/1 we sent you.

When I saw you initiated a A -Z Claim I put a hold on the negotiations.

I understand how you feel. Very confused with the whole process. You received the wrong of the information.

I will ask Amazon to refund the money. We expect you to return item you have per Amazon rules.
