wal-mart warranty xbox 360

i buy my xbox 360 almost 2 years ago from wal-mart gor the warranty from them at the time 2 years and only had to pay $20.00 two weeks ago i find out my xbox 360 didn't play games or cd or dvd so i caled up wal-mart warranty they said warranty cover just find a box and send it to us by ups so i find a box for it

before it left always take pics over your stuff be send it to get fixed this why come back most of the time with problems
so i boxed it up and send it out to

ok u see cuts markers what you don't see disk drive moves around and somethings not able to open aslo the back of the system the black bar moves around to easy looking to me they came in the back way as most problems i have seem to be the back part hopfully this doen't break before august when my warrenty up really $20.00 gives you a fixed but very bad job.
