Dallas police have FIRED the officer who shot a mentally ill man..... officer was fired for violating DPD's deadly force policy and its procedures on mentally ill people....
Officer also will be CHARGED with 1st degree aggravated assault...http://bit.ly/1hcEssw


I believe this was right ! right fired and charged in this matter once aging someone with special needs or disabled gets death or really hurt or bully we need harder ADA rules and laws !!!
