Father Pleads For Help in Finding Missing Son
Jorry Palm, 28, of Akron.
AKRON, Ohio — A father makes a plea to help find his son who has been missing for nearly three weeks.
Jorry Palm, 28, of Akron, was last seen in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 9. Police say Palm had been at Tiny’s Tavern in Akron earlier that night. From surveillance video, police know he made two withdrawals from the ATM and also went to Karam’s Bar.
But, it was after 2 a.m. He missed last call and left. Police said a signal from his cell phone was picked up shortly after 6 a.m. in the Niles area.
Jorry’s father, Steve Palm, said there has been no contact from his son since that night, and that is very unusual for him. He is asking the public’s help in locating Jorry.
“The police don’t care what you do. They’re just looking for some information. So, be brave. Step up to the plate. Help us. We need some help here, please,” Steve Palm pleaded.
A missing person’s report was filed after Palm did not show up for work at Lockheed Martin on that following Monday. Palm has blond hair and blue eyes. He is 5’7″ tall and weighs 180 pounds. He was driving a 2007 red Madza with Ohio license plate FDX 3947. His car is also missing, police said.
Information about his disappearance can be found on the findjorry.com website. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jorry Palm is asked to call Akron or Niles police.
