Michelle Blaylock Owens graduated Cum Laude from Baylor University. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas. Michelle practiced as a Medical Social Worker in Dallas and with the Department of Human Services in Dallas for four years before moving to Nashville. In Nashville, Michelle was the Director of Counseling Services for Franklin Road Academy prior to attending law school. Michelle received her Juris Doctorate from Nashville School of Law where she graduated in the top 10% of her class.
Michelle is admitted to practice law in Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Personal:
Michelle has been married for 15 years. She has two children and one black lab. In college, Michelle was a Division I Collegiate Cheerleader and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority.
